How to unlock electrical mapping corresponding attributes?

I'm struggling with this thing:

Documentation says:
"The mapping definition can be set by the administrator.

I managed to enter admin mode, however this setting to unlock keywords is nowhere to be found.

Would be grateful for any tips here. Thank you!
