How to update ProE wildfire 2.0

Alright, is it me or is updating ProE Wildfire 2.0 more complex than it should be? I have wildfire 2.0 date code M120. I want to make sure I have the latest version. However, it seems searching for updates is challenging. Finding phone numbers to call tech support is also a challenge, but that's another problem. The update advisor isn't much help either becuase it's confusing.

So, will anyone here pls share with me how to find the latest update and how to install the update?

Select your PTC product
Select the version and either download or order the CD's.
