How to use Ansys to model fastener load transfer in a joint?

Hi,
Can anyone guide me using Ansys to get the load transfer for a fastener joints?

Basically, all I know is to model the plate and fasteners as beam element. But I am not too sure how to set the boundary condition. Now I am using Ansys 10.0 if version maters.

I need to use the fastener pin load in order to do my fatigue analysis.
