How to use macro or journal to import parasolid then save to .prt

I am trying to create a macro or journal file that will import a parasolid file (with user selection to the specified file) and then save it as a UG .prt file in the location i select.

I am having problems with it opening the same parasolid with no user selection.

Here is the macro.
