How to use Proe to do tolerance analysis 1

It's said that there exists the function to do tolerance analysis in proe, just like the prevail tool "6sigma" does. I really have little knowledge for this issue. But I'm eager to get known on this aspect. Is there anyone able to share your experience on it? Thanks in advance
