How to verify plumbness of a drilled hole 1

Per the manufacturer's requirements for post-installed anchors, the 1/2" x5" drilled holes in concrete must be within 6 degrees of plumb. As a Special Inspector, I must verify a few hundred holes based on Chapter 17 of the IBC. Is there a device that I can quickly measure the accuracy of the drilled hole to confirm if it's within six degrees of plumbness? These anchors support life safety piping and must meet this criterion.
The only way I can think of is to place a 10" drill bit into the opening, let it hang down 5", and use a framing square, but this will take forever.
I hope someone knows of a different way I can verify the degree of plumbness.

As an ACI-certified adhesive anchor installer, I can tell you that 5” is tough to screw up from a plumbness standpoint. There are other things I’d be more concerned about.

I know of (and have used) depth gauges to verify embedment, but I’m unaware of any such plumbness gauges. It’s never been a big enough deal on my projects, some of which had thousands of mechanical anchors. We’ve always made them redo the odd anchor that was noticeably leaned. Not trying to diminish your need — I just don’t understand the context. Maybe your contractor has a history of shoddy installs…

You can use 10" steel rod + a 6 degr tapered wooden piece ( say a plywood right trapezoid having sizes 100X50X39.5 mm , which the diagonal will have 6 degr slope ) .
You can easily check if the if the hole plump within 6 degrees .
