There is a warehouse (170mx117m x 12m) with class I goods. I want to know how to zone the area? And also to calculate the required fire pump flow, Do I must consider the pipe volume of whole zones or each zone separately?

Not enough information.

How High is Class I commodity stored and how is it stored (pallets, racks)?

If you mean zone by seperate fire sprinkler systems? You zone the building based off max sq. footage, there can be two systems in one open area, or it crosses a wall etc. The flow of the pump only needs to be able to supply the most demanding area calc. so you should check each system but the pump is sized only on the most demanding system.
