I'm looking for a solution using deformable part.
I want to use a kabel with fixed length between to parts. How can I define a lengh controlled spline in that context?

If the spline is a straight line or has simple curvature and can be constrained at the ends then you can have an associative arc length, or use an associative trimmed curve to anything you can manipulate with an expression to affect the ends.

Have a look at the attached assembly.

You can have more that one parameter for a deformable part. So that if the curve that you need is really just a bridge curve between two parallel lines at an offset to one another then you can sketch up the two lines and use the X and Y offsets as inputs to the deformation. The in modelling you build the S-shaped curve as either and associative bridge curve or studio spline.

If you want to get even fancier and think that you can cope with all the input parameters you may be able to construct additional knot points in the sketcher to have a studio spline follow a more specific path. However you MUST build the studio spline outside of the sketcher or it won't be associative. In this case losing associativity clearly defeats your purpose.

There's a part file attached that contains a very simple version of a part that probably suits your needs.

thank you again, hudson,
slowly we meet the problem, for my requirement the studio spline would work, but how to control the fix length.
I have length configured kabels - and have to assemble the kabel modifying the path not only in to one plane, spatial.
thx

Strictly speaking you only need on plane if the two ends are parallel lines, but you can define it as two if you wish. You probably create a plane at a Z offset, then create the sketch for the other end and then bridge between with your spline. As for making it a fixed length you can't, but you could influence the shape with parametric points to help you iterate more quickly to a desirable result.

The whole thing gets much more complex but I've attached a rough look at what you might attempt.
