HTML safe colors with RGB values

Thought this may be useful to some people. It is a chart of colors with their RGB values. In addition, these colors are html safe for websites. Not sure what that means but that is what they claim.

Normally "web-safe" means that all the browsers will "render" these colors accurately and consistently among one another. Non-web-safe colors may shift in some or each browser.

So, if you have a solid color area that you want to join up with a more complex image, you'll want to make sure the joining area of your colors match--or else you'll see seams where the colors mis-match. Hence, "safety" for your colors.

Why can't the browsers render properly? I have no idea. MS Explorer seems to lead the charge in non-standards compliance, requiring tedious hacks for web designers--hacks that often fail in real browsers such as Firefox or Opera, etc.
