Would humidity levels be a concern if the OA requirement is 10% of building supply air and the RTU is not oversized? (Assuming a constant OA requirement during occupancy and no reheat)
constant fan elevates RH as it re-evaporates moisture as soon as the compressors are cycled off.
Constant fan drawing inoutside air with a higher dewpoint than you want to maintain indoors will then function as a humidifier whenever the compressors are cycled off.
Sometimes life is good if the internal load of the building can keep one stage of cooling engaged but whenever that compressor cycles off, you will have a humidifier on your roof.
Take the "V" out of HVAC and you are left with a HAC(k) job.
