I'm redesigning a line of engineered HVAC equipment for my company - trying to make it more "competitive".

One item I found is aluminum corner joints for framing the boxes or enclosures that we build (and mount the blowers, heaters, etc. in). The assemblers would just need a rubber hammer instead of a welding machine, to put together the frame.

I've only got one supplier so far and can't seem to track down another. Does anyone have a supplier to suggest?

You might want to take it to the next step. Design your own extrusion have the tooling built and make your own corner pieces. Extrusion dies are relatively inexpensive however your quantities may be your limiting factor.
Extrusion quantities maybe to high for your usage.
