HW/D Entrance types 1

Does anyone have graphical examples of the three types for Chart 1 in the FHWA Manual?

1) Square Edge with Headwall
2) Groove end with headwall
3) Groove end projecting

I need it to demostrate to a reviewer that other types besides #1 exist in the world.

Any help would be thankful!!

Figure I-1 in HDS-5 (page1) looks like #2, Figure II-2 (page 26) shows #3.

It should be simple enough for you to sketch the examples as well.
