I have not used Hybrid Design and am just curious about what you guys think of the advantages/disadvantages in using it.

Thanks,

RG,

There was a COE session last spring on Hybrid Design, where the presenter talked about two advantages of using the Hybrid mode: 1. better tree structure because bodies are ordered, and 2. better Power Copies

There was a recent post about having problems with boolean operations, which was caused by having hybrid and non-hybrid part bodies in the same part. That will definitely cause problems!

My best advice on Hybrid Design: You had either better always use it, or always not use it. And by You, I mean your company. Trying to work with mixed stuff is difficult at best, and trying to teach a user base both methods is very painful, if not impossible.
