Hydraflow Storm Sewers 2005 problem

In my FL-DOT output report, the Sum CA column (column 8) does not add up to the Total CA column (column 12) at most of the storm sewer lines. In fact, three out of the four different storm sewer systems I have on my project have this descrepancy. When you enter a weighted C value directly into the program instead of letting it compute a composite C, the program will not show this in the SUM CA column, only in the Total CA column and the flow will still be computed correctly. However, this only partially explains the descepancies I'm finding in these columns which do result in incorrectly computed flows. I even find the descrepancy occuring at the uppermost storm line in the system, and it's not due to rounding. Does anyone have an explanation for this?
