Hello,

i have issue with non knowing the maximum operating pressure or operating pressure for the sprinkler system to proceed with hydro test for the system inside buildings.

as per our hydraulic calculation our contractor did it it only showing us in the result (static pressure and residual pressure)values.(also the calculation showing the demand )

our pressure pump about 230 psi coming from plant area however we have a pressure reducer valve to reduce to 176 psi in the interface point.

our network have fire hydrant , fire hose reel , PIV and line inter the building for sprinkler (with PRV set on 175 PSI)

Travis is correct.

To add to his comment the minimum test pressure is 200 psi. If the working pressure exceeds 150 psi then the minimum test pressure is 50 psi plus the working pressure.
