Hydraulic Pile Jacking Spec

Does anyone out there have a sample specification for hydraulic jacked piling? This is for an existing concrete frame building where I'd like to underpin the existing foundation. The steel piling is set into a jack and simply forced into the earth using the structure's weight to push against.

CSI and Masterspec do not have anything of this sort and I'm reluctant to ask the firms that do this type of work.
