I need a pump that can deliver a continuous flow of salt water (flow rate = about 1 litre/min) at high pressure (400 bar minimum). I have tried using a air/hydraulic intensifier type pump but it needs to recharge every second or so thus interrupting the flow to the extent that the pressure drops off during recharge. Can anyone suggest an economical way of achieving continuous flow. The unit is to be used in a laboratory so portability and noise are a concern.
