I have an existing 26ac lagoon that I need to model to analyze the outfall that is currently deficient and need to analyze the drawdown time. The lagoon is actually three "ponds". Two ponds each draining through seperate 12" pipes into a third pond and then an outfall pipe out of the third pond.

Can Hydrocad analyze a three pond system like this to take a look a pipe sizes and drawdown times?

Thanks

Yes. Just use three ponds, each with a culvert outlet, routing directly from pond to pond.

You may need to play with your calculation times to eliminate oscillation errors. HydroCAD is better than some programs at this, but it's still finicky. Make sure you're in either Dynamic Storage Indication or Simul Routing.
