I need to model and outlet from a wetland. The wetland outlets through a 21" pipe draining to a structure with a 9" vertical Orifice within a 2ft high 4ft wide weir wall, then to a 24" pipe out to another wetland. I Set the model up to route the 21" pipe to the 9" orifice, then the orifice routes to the 24" pipe. How do I show the wall? The 21" wants to route to the wall AND the orifice and then the 24". Do I just ignore routing anything to the weir wall and just route the wall to the 24"?

Thanks

I believe you will need to setup the wall/orifice structure as another "pond".

So, you will have a pond node for the wetland with the 21" as the outlet which routes to the orifice/wall pond. The orifice/wall pond will have the 24" as the primary outlet (device 1) with the orifice & wall routed to device 1.

I agree with Terry.

You could probably just make that second pond a CB in HydroCAD with the 24" as your primary, and 9" and wall routed to that.

Thank you both for the help. I very much appreciate it. That seems to have worked very well.
