Hydronic heating component ASME BPVC requirements 1

Do hydronic heating components (piping, manifolds, etc.) fall under the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (if adoptet by certain jurisdictions)? E.g. would a manifold block, that is used to connect a boiler to several heating circuits, be considered a pressure vessel and need an ASME certification? The maximum operating conditions for the heating water would be 230deg F and 87 psi.

I do not think so. check with the Jurisdiction, they are the inspectors in charge of making the decision of qualifying and inspecting your piping job.
Per ASME you do not need any certification or stamping.
