leaks, Leaks, LEAKS! Be sure to pressure test the system before concrete topping is poured (either air or fluid). Have good supervision of the concrete pour so none of the pipe get damaged. Then, after the concrete has cured, be sure the system is tested again. The second test can be done at the time of start up.
