hi all
i have a question about Hydrostatic Test pressure Acoording to ASME Sec VIII Div.1
in My project specification hydrostatic test shall be done as per ASME.(sec VIII ,Div.1)
we know that in ASME part ug-99 we can test , pressure vessels with 1.3 MAWP,or 1.3 times of Design pressure(note 33)
which test pressure is correct with considering my project specification?

it shall be tested at 1.3 times the pressure you are stamping on the name plate and placing on your U-1/U-1A.

If you are creating a specification it is up to you to meet your client's requirements.

Either use design pressure where no calcs are done to establish a mawp/map

or

Use MAWP where calcs are done to establish the maximum allowable working pressure (hot & corroded)

or

Use test based on MAP U=99(c) normally where calcs are done to establish a maximum allowable pressure (new & cold).

It's all up to you, the specifying engineer to spec out what he wants and User requires.
