Hydrotes Service Needed

Does Anyone know of a company in the Delaware Valley (or North Eastern USA) that has a hydrotest machine that can handle a 24" Nominal size, 150# (check) valve with butt weld ends that is approximately 54" long?

If you have some flanges you could rent a portable tester that would easily test the valve.
