Bad news, you probably won't find any either. The water authority will prescribe the disinfection requirements and residual chlorine levels. You HAVE to hire an engineer to design a system for you. It's the law!
Assuming you mean liquid hypochlorite, I would contact Odyssey, manufacturer of the bleach. They can direct you to a fabricator to design and specify the pumps and storage facility. Contact your State agemcy regarding permit criteria.
