I am in need of help with V18. 1

I am currently working on SE V18. How do you get the text cutout to work currectly after you have done the wrap sketch? I have done this so many times today. Anyhow when I do do the cutout on the wrap sketch, it does not do the cutout correctly. Any ideas?
