I am trying to restore the osnaps to the middle button. The MBUTTONPAN system varible has been changed to 0 and I am still getting the pan feature (which I hate!) The mns file has not been modified. Does anyone have any idea of what might be the problem?

Sounds like mouse driver issue in Windows. Go to mouse settings in Control Panel and alter the way the middle mouse button works. It differs a little between Logitech and Microsoft mice.

If you can't find a solution just hold shift key and right click! It should bring up the osnap menu!
