i-deas 10 geomod errors

Since moving up to i-deas 10NX I get geomod errors when bringing large assemblies on to the desktop from the bin. There is no problem with getting the assembly from the library. I am using a 2.4 Gig machine with .5G ram and am using an quadro4 580 xgl card.

This is freshly migrated assemblies from 8. Any I-deas?
