I-deas error File C:\Ideastemp\ideas4180.aux Permissions denied 1

After Win7 migration some of our users get the error message "Error on file close, code3 File C:\IDEASTEMP\ideas4180.aux File not deleted. Permissions denied" multiple times a day during file save.

We have cleaned out ideastemp, checked user permissions and started a new model file. Nothing seems to help. Any information will be appreciated.

Have you tried deleting the users param file?
