I-DEAS NX12 M3 and Windows Vista

Hello,
my english is not very good but I hope someone can help me anymays.
I got a new Laptop for my company and it already have windows vista installed. now i tried to install the lience-server (UGS NX4) and it stopps everytime with an error. It says the "Unigraphics License Server (uglmd)" could not be startet. I tried everything, deactivatet the UserAccessControl (UAC), started the Setup as Administrator, tried to start the "Unigraphics License Server (uglmd)" Service manually but nothing works. Does someone maybe got an idea?

Try running it in XP compatibility mode.

Does your problem solved? if yes, let me know the solution. because I am facing same problem of not starting services while installing NX3.
