I need a formula to compute tire volume from the size.

I need a formula to compute tire volume from the size.(eg. 245/65-16) I am trying to compute the leakrate over time. I've tried a few different ways (like subtracting the block volume of the wheel from the block volume of the tire and wheel) but the results do not appear correct. Any assistance would be appreciated.
