I need a VCO design...!

Dear all,
I need a cicuit design of a sine wave VCO. Oscillation frequency range varying around 10 kHz. I need a practical design that can be implimented in a lab, with the component names and circuit analysis if possible. The whole thing is for educational purposes.

And I would be mostly greatfull.
