I need an additional 5gpm of flow for a NFPA 13R System. How is this commonly achieved?

Of course the meter is the issue and increasing its size is ot an option. We need an additional 5gpm of flow to the most remote area and are considering all available options.
TIA

Some thoughts,
- the trouble meter, replace it
- can’t increase the size, add another line with meter
- no money, add it to the future wish list

Use a smaller K factor fire sprinkler and increase pipe size(s) are the most common ways to reduce flow. You can also use different K factors for pendent, upright and sidewall sprinklers in the same compartment strategically to reduce flow sometimes.
