I shouldn't be asking this but I am. As seen below, the flow is running as per the red arrows. The flow through F is only happening towards E, not the other way.

On hydraulic node F (and B), what equivalent length would you incorporate in the calculations, of an elbow or of a tee? It seems i cannot find anything explicitly for that in 13.

Nodes F and B both change the direction of flow because of a tee so the equivalent length of a tee must be used. The elbow and tee between Supply and F must be in that pipe calculation.
 
B is a 2" tee

F is a 3" tee

The 4" elbow is a 4" elbow either standard or long radius
