Hi

When I trying to create new item ID with
30 char "123456789012345678901234567890"
Its OK but when I trying 31 char
"1234567890123456789012345678901"
Its not OK. (Refuse to save)

But in other hand when I browse the
Nxmanager I see items IDs with 32 char

Ny question is if in my journal I use
32 char do I can be sure nothing bad
Can happen. ?

Thank you.

It All depends on what naming rules have been set by your Teamcenter Administrator.
The item id's with 32 characters in the database might have been created by a dba (override) or a special group which has the rights to do this.

Just try it if your code can create an item with 32 characters. nothing bad will happen.
It would be best of course to try these kind of things in a dedicated test (QA) environment. There should be such server/environment available for you. Ask your Teamcenter administrator.
