i try to use a custom icon for a macro but doesn't work

Hallo everybody
I've created a macro and i want to link to a abutton with a custom icon, but doesn't work.
The icon is a picture in bmp format with 24x24 dimensions.
Is it right?
I've forgot something?
Please, give me an answer, It's really frustrating cannot finish a work for this stupid thing....

The image must be in the CATGraphicPath, either in an existing or new custom location, suggest you read the documentation on customisation and environments. and it is not a stupid thing, you just don't know how it works.
