ibc swell index?

Does the IBC currently have a swell index table for high plasticity clays? If so, what section would i be able to find it in?

Soils and Foundations is Chapter 18 in IBC.
1802.2.2. Requires testing for areas likely to have expansive soils.
1802.3.2 has the criteria for classifying a soil as expansive.
1805.8 covers design for expansive soils.
I don't see any tables on swell index.
