IBC Table 1609.6.2.1 (1,2 and 3) 1

When using IBC Tables 1609.6.2.1 (1,2 and 3), does the Code allow the table values to be adjusted for Importance Factors different than 1.0? I do not see any statement to this affect, but do not see why it wouldn't be allowed since they allow adjustments for exposure and height in Table 1609.6.2.1 (4).
