IC/Component Construction Info

First Post. Apologize if this was already posted, but I couldn't find it via search tool.

I was wondering if anyone could recommend any good books (and/or other resources) on the Construction of IC's and other devices, including fabrication and packaging. My interests are most notably in:

Construction Methods.
Rad Hard techniques or construction.
Pre-cap Visual Inspection and Internal Construction.
Packages & Materials and their preferred application.
Military and Aerospace Devices (I Know alot of info is in the MIL Standards here but was hoping for more of an application doc than a spec).

My goal is to increase my knowledge of how IC's, semiconductors and other devices are constructed for various technologies and applications.
