I have a question about ICF forms and rebar.
I’ve been told for below grade to have a 200ml core of concrete with 12ml vertical and 10ml horizontal rebar. This block is on back order up to 6 weeks and I’m wondering if this other choice would be any good for my project. The lesser ICF core of 150ml and if I uprated the rebar to 18ml vertical and 16ml horizontal, would this be just as strong as the 200ml ICF form?

Probably need a structural engineer to evaluate it. 150mm (not ml) will have far lower capacity in flexure. 150mm is not commonly used as load-bearing for anything substantial. It's used for things like non-bearing partitions and fences.
