IDEAS F4 BUTTON DOES NOT WORK

I have a question. When trying to use the F4 button to square up the view of my IDEAS model, a box pops up stating "F4-XYZ Rotate Triad Only" but it does not square up the model. How can I fix the F4 button to square up the view of the model.

Which graphic driver you use ?

I am currently useing the X3D graffics driver, but was informed to use the OJL graffics driver. Will this fix the F4 problem?

If you're running X3D then you haven't got Shaded Hardware running so it won't be able to snap shaded images to orthographic views, should still work for wireframe images though. OGL will sort that out

If it is not working for wireframe images either then it sounds like you've changed the mode on the function keys.

Hold down F6 and move the mouse up and down, selecting Mode 1 (the top selection), then release F6. Should work now

Try OGL instead of X3D. Maybe it'll solved you problem.
