Identification of steel with foreign spec 2

I have a client who wants some small burnouts of SS41 H.R.S, which is, as far as I've been told, a Korean spec. Can anyone help me find an ASTM equivalent?

It's Korean and the ASTM equivalent should be A36/A283D.
