Identify a ceramic powder

I was asked how to identify a ceramic powder.
There is a lot of ceramic powder, there is a label on it saying "ceramick powder".
We think it contains a kind of Piezoelectric Ceramic Powder.
We do not have the analysis for it.
We have to know what's in it because we are running out of the material.

We want to send a sample to a test lab.
What kind of tests do we have to perform in order to get a detailed analysis to send to a producer?

Any ideas?

This powder is mixed with other substances such as zirconia powder, lead carbonate etc and sintered afterwards to make a piezo electric plate.

Do you know the supplier, any specification, whether you make 'hard' or 'soft' (soft can overheat)?
