I am evaluating the capacity of a drainage system for a plant in China, and I've had a hard time locating rainfall data. Does anyone know of a good resource where I could find rainfall intensity-duration-frequency information in China? My particular site is in Songjiang, which is near Shanghai. Thanks.

Go try the local government related to water resources, watershed management or weather service department. I guess that might be helpful.
