I would be shortly working on offshore electrical installations and would use IEC 61363 for short circuit calculations. Presently I do not have the standard with me, but soon will be getting it.It would be interesting to discuss the additional parameters (time constants, I guess)which is considered for offshore network or any significant difference which is note worthy as compared to the IEC 60909 which I am familiar.
