IEC 61869 vs IEC 60044

Hello,
What is the difference between IEC 61869 and IEC 60044? If a current transformer or voltage transformer was manufactured in accordance with IEC 60044, will it comply with IEC 61869 as well?

IEC 60044 is dead. The new number is IEC 61869 and this has been there for many years now.
Hence, it is not appropriate to talk about IEC 60044 if you are buying new instrument transformers.
