IEC Standards

What is the correspondence, "cross-reference", or equivalence between IEC standards and IEEE, NEMA, ANSI, etc.
standards? Is there a formal publication showing the similarties?

It seems that IEEE and NEMA do not use exactly the same test criteria, so their standards can only be correlated approximately.
