Hi,

I am a electrical engineer and I would like to read all of the IEEE Color books. Can somebody please direct me to cheap copies of these books? I'm new at power systems and I want to learn. Thank you for your help.

There are no cheap copies..

where do u live? If in the usa many public libraries have old editions..

Better yet..find a job with good engineering , specially consuklting co. Most companies have those books (purchased)..
If not convince your employer to buy them. (speaknig from experience..)

Excellent choice for educating yourself, although it will be quite a task. I think they should be required reading for any EE degree program.
