IEEE "White Book" (Health Care Facilities); Load Estimation

Hi,

I work in the UK, so I'm not familiar with the NEC, or with the IEEE "coloured books" system.

I'd be grateful if someone could let me know if the IEE "White Book" has anything to say about electrical load calculations for hospitals (e.g. "diversity", "coincidence", etc, when working back from the final circuits to the substation).
