May I know, what is the IEEE Standard used to calculate the heat load from electrical equipment (equipment in electric substation)?
As I go through IEEE Standard 241 that I can found online, I cannot find any calculation inside.
Appreciate if anyone can advise me on this.
Thank you.

In my opinion, what do you seek it is the heat losses in an equipment room, control room or relay room for HVAC calculation purpose.
I think it is no such a standard. However the are studies providing average losses.
