IEEE Transformer Loading Capability Tables 1

Has anyone delt with Transforming Loading Capability Tables recently?

The IEEE standard C57.91-1981 has tables for these values already formed. However, in the revised standard, the tables are removed and they recommend writing a computer program to calculate the values. I'm confortable with the programming side but am not sure about the calculation. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
